1990-95 Jay Leno NBC "Tonight Show" Contracts (12)
After the retirement of Johnny Carson, the lofty mantle of host of The Tonight Show was passed on to comedian Jay Leno. This lot features twelve Leno-signed contracts from that run on NBC, with a total of 15 signatures and 17 additional pages initialed "JL." Documents date from May 1990, October 1995, February 1990, and August, 1991. The August, 1991 is a set of nine contracts attached by one staple. Under the auspices of his company, Big Dog Productions, the contracts punctuate his affiliation with NBC, which spanned for over two decades.
