1990 New York Giants NFC Championship Trophy - the Real Thing

1990 New York Giants NFC Championship Trophy - the Real Thing

This incredible REAL football trophy was made specifically for the New York Giants football team for use in their Meadowlands Museum, and even comes in its original packing crate addressed to the NY Giants team in the Meadowlands. One of four made specifically for the team, this was made after the fact but is just like the one handed to coach Bill Parcells on the day they won the NFC Championship. The 1990 season was one of the greatest in franchise history, culminating in the incredible NFC Championship Game in San Francisco when the G-Men held down the mighty 49ers offense - starring Joe Montana - with one of the great defenses in NFL history led by Lawence Taylor and and a Hall of Fame crew. Taylor caused a late fumble seemingly at will and Matt Bahr's last second field goal was GOOD. The trophy measures 16x10x8.5" and weighs 17 pounds, 11 ounces, in MINT condition.
