1990s Donovan McNabb Syracuse Orangemen Signed Practice Worn Jersey
<p>Donovan McNabb was a quarterback for Syracuse University who was named the Big East Player of the Decade for the 1900s.<span style="font-size: 13px;">Offered is a 1990s Syracuse University practice jersey signed by McNabb while he was at Syracuse.</span> He was a 4-time First Team All-Big East, a 3-time Big East Offensive Player of the Year three times, from 1996-98. He was a finalist for the 1998 Heisman Trophy. He holds Syracuse University records for total yards per game (221.1), passing efficiency (155.1) and yards per passing attempt (9.1). McNabb played 13 seasons in the NFL, 11 of those seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles. With Philadelpha, he won five East Division Championships, and appeared in five NFC Championship games. He quarterbacked the Eagles to a Super Bowl XXIX, in which the Eagles lost 24-21 to the New England Patriots. The short-sleeved mesh jersey is white, with a black "5" on both the chest and the back. Each of the sleeves has been customized, with the inside of each sleeve rolled up and tapped into a ball, with the effect of making the sleeves tighter, either for McNabb's comfort or to show off his biceps. The jersey has two tags on the lower left outside tail: A Syracuse University tag and a Champion manufacturer's tag reading "Designed and tailored for Syracuse University". Another Champion manufacturing tag is adjacent to the aforementioned Manufacturer's tag and this second tag gives washing instructions and lists the jersey size as "48". adjacent. On the top left front, near the left shoulder, Donovan has signed his name in black marker, and added his number "5", a number now retired from the Syracuse football team. The jersey shows good use and yet is still in Excellent condition.</p>
