1991 Bob Dylan Double-Signed and Handwritten Customs Declaration Form - Dylan Enters the US for North American Leg of Never Ending World Tour (PSA GEM MINT 10 Auto)
Signed Customs Declaration form from legendary singer/songwriter Bob Dylan, dating from his return to the United States for the North American leg of his 1991 "Never Ending World Tour." Form is stamped with the date October 18, 1991, notable as August 21 was his last show in South America, and October 24th was his first show in North America. Standard 4x8" form is white with blue print; under reason for visit on front of form, Dylan checked "business" and he signed on back with full name Robert Dylan and also printed his name on front, all in black ballpoint pen. Printed name, date of birth, flight number, # of family members traveling, US address and all checked boxes were filled out in Dylan's hand. Encapsulated as PSA/DNA Certified GEM MT 10 for the autograph, and comes with a JSA letter - a unique keepsake from the voice and lyricist of a generation.
