1992 Carlton Fisk Signed, Game Worn Home White Sox Jersey
Eleven-time All-Star and fiery competitor Carlton Fisk was one of the most rugged players in major league history, working behind the plate a record 24 American League seasons before finally calling it a career after the 1993 campaign. Even though he is most remembered for waving his 1975 World Series home run fair while playing for the Red Sox, "Pudge" actually played more games and seasons with the "other" Sox in Chicago. From those final seasons with the Pale Hose comes this home pinstriped jersey that is signed in black (5 out of 10) above the Sox logo. It is a Size 48 Russell Athletic Diamond collection jersey with a "92 Set 1" tag inside the front tail and "FISK 72" on the reverse. Some light dirt stains are evident, too, lending more authenticity to the jersey. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2000.
