This not-so-subtle, gold-colored metal headpiece features six diamond-shaped attachments, each ornately decorated with a colorful stone. The center of the 11"-wide crown is comprised of red velvet. At the base is engraved the following: "BABE RUTH CROWN PRESENTED TO JUAN GONZALEZ FOR OUTSTANDING BATTING ACHIEVEMENT 1992 MARYLAND PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL PLAYERS ASSOCIATION."
