1992 Oscar De La Hoya Olympic Achievement Award and Signed Olympic Glove
Oscar De La Hoya won an Olympic gold in Barcelona in 1992 and parlayed it into an incredible professional career in which he won multiple titles. Memorabilia from his Olympic days and early career is rare and sought after and that is what we are offering. First is his Olympic Achievement Award, a 16-inch high trophy with a gold medal Olympian atop a wood base. Inscribed, "Victor Awards XXVII Oscar De La Hoya Olympic Achievement Award Voted By The Academy Of Sports Media-City Of Hope 1993." In excellent condition. Sold with a red, white and blue leather glove signed by members of the American 1992 boxing team. 12 members have signed in silver pen including: De La Hoya, Chris Byrd, Vernon Forrest, Montell Griffin and Raul Marquez.
