1993 Carlton Fisk Black Alternate Game Used Jersey
Fabulous eye-catching jersey from Fisk's final big league season. Though the patrician New Englander will always be remembered for his "body-English" homer in the 1975 World Series during his tenure with the Red Sox, many may not realize Fisk actually played two seasons longer (13) with the White Sox and hit most of his 376 lifetime homers with the Pale Hose. Eye-grabbing black knit jersey shows nice game use. White and gray accents on sleeve ends. In black on gray on white tackle twill are the interlocking "Sox" logo on chest, "72" on front and "Fisk" and "72" on verso, and a White Sox patch on left sleeve. Tagging on left front tail is "Russell Athletic [sixe] 50" with "Polyester" tag and a sewn-in silk screened tag reading "72-50-93-1".
