1993 Sherman Obando Baltimore Orioles Signed Game Worn Rookie Jersey
Baltimore Orioles home jersey worn by outfielder Sherman Obando during his 1993 rookie season. The white knit jersey is lettered "Orioles" across the front and features the number "42" on the left breast and reverse. "Obando" is lettered on a white nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All letters and numerals are applied in orange on black tackle twill. A 1993 All-Star Game patch appears on the left sleeve. Located on the left front tail are a "Russell Athletic 46" label and a white strip tag bearing the year and set number ("1993-1"). Obando has signed the jersey in black marker (grading 6/10) on the left front tail. The jersey is original as issued and displays moderate wear, including light, scattered staining on the front and reverse.
