1996 and 1999 New York Yankees World Series Jackets (Never Used)
Pair of New York Yankees World Series retail jackets, issued in 1996 and 1999, respectively. <strong>1) 1996.</strong> The nylon jacket, manufactured by Starter, features a black body and blue sleeves. "World Series" is embroidered on the right breast, and the 1996 World Series patch appears on the left sleeve. Never worn, with the original tags still attached to the left sleeve. Size: Large. <strong>2) 1999. </strong>The nylon jacket (with wax coating), manufactured by Majestic, features a red body and cream-colored sleeves. "World Series 1999" is embroidered on the front and the 1999 World Series patch adorns the left sleeve. Never worn, but shows a few light color transfers on the sleeves as a result of having been stored folded in a trunk these past twenty-four years. Size: Large.
