1996 Mike Piazza Game Worn Uniform
1996 was just another typical season for Piazza. 36 homers, 105 RBIs and a batting average of .336. Ho hum. When he hangs up his spikes he will be the best hitting catcher of his generation and arguably the best ever. This uniform, jersey and pants, looks great. Jersey has “1996” tag sewn in on the inside front above a “Russell Athletic Authentic Diamond Collection 50” tag. Front has “Dodgers” over his number “31.” Left sleeve has 35th anniversary of Dodger Stadium patch. Right sleeve has the Russell Athletic logo sewn in. Reverse has “Piazza” over his number “31.” Shows some use. Pants have “Russell Athletic Authentic Diamond Collection 34.” Next to the tag printed in black is “ Piazza-2 34-36-31-96.” Quality repair job on lower right leg and upper right leg.
