1998 Alex Rodriguez Seattle Mariners Signed Game Worn Jersey
From his early days as the Seattle Mariners shortstop, this spectacular home jersey is all original and shows moderate use, with "Mariners" on the front, logo patch on left sleeve, plus "RODRIGUEZ" and "3" on the back. The 14-time All-Star signed on the back of the jersey in 8/10 black Sharpie: "Alex Rodriguez 1998 Game Used 40/40." There is a Russell Size 48 tag with "1998" year tag with additional "100% Polyester" "2 Inch Extra Body Length" and "1 Inch Extra Sleeve Length." A-Rod batted .310 in 1998 and it was the only one of his brilliant offensive seasons in which he racked up a 40/40 with 42 home runs and 46 stolen bases. That was also the only one of his 22 seasons in which Rodriguez led the American League in hits with 213.
