1998 Ted Williams Boston Red Sox Player of 20th Century Award
Prestigious award to say the least. You cannot get much better than this. “The Bosox Club Honors Ted Williams as Boston Red Sox Player of the Century March 19, 1998.” The Bosox Club is the esteemed Red Sox Booster Club. This is the same as the actual plaque that was presented to Ted Williams. It is likely an extra (salesman sample). We recently saw a similar one on display at Fenway. Gold metal plaque shows Ted with artwork by Eddie Germano. The plaque is set on red velvet and is framed in luxurious wood. Quality is exceptional. Measures 25x18” and is in excellent condition. Comes with an additional 12x15" plaque detailing the presentation.
