Pair of miniature portraits on ivory of George and Martha Washington signed by French artist Rene Dupre, executed in elegance and fine detail. The frames measure 5 x 5.75" and the portraits 3x3.5", were painted in the early to mid 19th century. The paintings on ivory are NRMT and the frames have some minor damage.
