19th Century Gold Paint Decorated Bat
Circa 1890s baseball bat is a curious specimen, as it has been vintage-painted in gold. Exhibiting the thin barrel and thick handle appropriate for that time period, bat weighs 34.5 ounces and is 36" in length. No other documentation exists to identify this memento, though it remains a tremendous period piece and would be a fine addition to a vintage sports or bat collection.
