2000 Curt Schilling Phillies Last Game Worn Jersey
With trade rumors bubbling around him, Schilling donned this Phillies jersey on July 7, 2000 for a game against the Baltimore Orioles at Veterans Stadium. Less than three weeks later, he was dealt to the Diamondbacks. For Arizona, the move helped attain a championship the following season, but at least the Phillies didn’t have to hear Schilling’s opinions about everything under the sun anymore. Shirt reads "Phillies" across the chest and "Schilling" and "38" on verso in red on white tackle twill. "38" also on left sleeve. Schilling signed the front with his name and "Game Worn 7/7/00 vs. Baltimore Orioles" in blue marker. Signature is an 8/10. Front tail tagging is "Authentic [size] 50". Probably the last shirt worn by Schilling with the Phils.
