2000 Ron Gant Anaheim Angels Game Worn Jersey
Two years shy of capturing their first World Series championship, the Angels made a mid-season trade for two-time All-Star left fielder Ron Gant, who played just 34 games for the Halos. That makes this a pretty rare navy jersey, and it shows heavy use with dirt stains on the front nameplate with cartoonish logo that will forever be linked with the 1994 film "Angels in the Outfield." There‚s a "Set 1 2000" tag and Size 46 tag on the tail, as well as a number "5" patch on the right sleeve and "Anaheim" logo patch on the left. Gant is no longer involved closely with baseball but is still on television, serving as co-host of the morning news program "Good Day Atlanta."
