2001-03 Alex Rodriguez Signed Game Used Bat - Gifted to Ivan Rodriquez (PSA GU 9)
Nice content in this circa 2001-03 game used bat, gifted by slugger Alex Rodriguez to Hall of Fame catcher Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez. Louisville Slugger model C271 is black, measures 33.75", and weighs approximately 32 ounces. Terrific use shown, uncracked with ball marks across the barrel, Mota stick residue on the handle, spike marks, and a couple of small chips to the black finish near the top of the barrel. Beautifully signed on the barrel in 8/10 silver paint pen, "Pudge, You're the Best!" along with A-Rod's name and uniform number 3, which he wore during that '01-03 period with the Texas Rangers. The signature is large and magnificent, with the only deductions coming from a couple of minor smudges. This could have been used during the 2003 campaign, the first of his three AL Most Valuable Player seasons. Comes with PSA LOA for bat and autograph.
