2001 Alex Rodriguez Signed Game Used Glove
Premier game used baseball glove from one of the best shortstops yet to hit the majors. A particularly fine specimen is this Rawlings Pro-6HF Gold Glove Series, perfectly broken in with the ideal amount of game use. The palm is darkened from lots of action on the field, but the glove is completely intact. What makes this piece so desirable is its unique inscription in Spanish to fellow player Christian Guzman, taking up the backs of three fingers. In bold sharpie is, "Christian, Para un gran pelotero. Con Carino, Alex Rodriguez #3" which roughly translates in English to "Christian, for a great pitcher with love, Alex Rodriguez." A special piece of game used equipment as it was a personal gift inscribed to a friend. Embroidered, "Alex Rodriguez" in black thread on thumb. Obtained from Guzman.
