2001 World Series Base Used in Game 4
Third base from Game 4 of the 2001 World Series is packed with history. One of the most powerful franchises in the history of baseball dethroned by one of the youngest teams in the Major Leagues. Game 4 saw Tino Martinez tie the game in the 9th inning with a solo home run and Derek Jeter get the game winning homerun in the 10th. Base is fittingly signed by the Yankees’ 3rd baseman, Scott Brosius. “World Series 2001” logo painted on top. Sides adorned with New York and Arizona team logos. “WS Game 4 set A 38” written in black marker on bottom. MLB hologram stickers on bottom. Nice use is shown from trampling of dirt.
