2001 World Series Game Five Used First Base Signed by Soriano
The high water mark of the Yankees 2001 post-season. The Yanks battled back from an 0-2 deficit to make it three games to two in their favor at the close of Game Five, but the Diamondbacks proved too much to take back in the desert. Well-trampled base saw action at that last glorious game at Yankee Stadium when the Bombers made New York believe in miracles. World Series logo dominates top, with "NY" logo plate affixed to one side and the Diamondback's logo opposite. Major League Baseball logo plates are affixed to the other two sides. Underside is marked with arrow pointing to right field, and the notation, "WS Game 5, Set A 1B." Nearby is an "MLB Authentic Game Used" holographic sticker. Blue sharpie signature on top from young star Alfonso Soriano has "MLB Authentic Autograph" holographic sticker beside it. LOA from Major League Baseball.
