2002 Antwaan Randle El Pittsburgh Steelers Game Worn Rookie Jersey (Photo-Matched to 1/5 AFC Winning Pass & 12/29 TD Reception)

Antwaan Randle El carved out a permanent place for himself in Steelers lore as he brilliantly executed one of the most famous trick plays in Super Bowl history. Up 14-10 midway through the fourth quarter of Super Bowl XL, the Steelers dialed up the trickery with a reverse turned wide receiver pass, with rookie Randle El moonlighting as quarterback and throwing a perfect spiral to Ward for a game-clinching touchdown. The play made him the first wide receiver to throw a touchdown pass in the Super Bowl and forever endeared him to Pittsburgh fans. This black, home jersey was made by Reebok and game worn by Randle El during his 2002 rookie year. "RANDLE EL" appears stitched in gold on a black name plate on the back, while his number "82" can be found sewn in white on the front, back, and both shoulders. A tag inside the collar reads "02-42" representing the year the jersey was made and its size. It shows moderate use with some abrasions, marks, and scuffs. Photo-matched to: 9/29, 10/21, 11/10 (tie game), 11/24, 12/8, 12/29 (Game-winning TD reception) and the 1/5 AFC Wild Card Game including a 66 yard punt return for a touchdown. All jerseys come directly from the Steelers archive and come with an LOA from the Steelers.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Steelers Archives items will be donated to the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research
