The jersey is mounted with James' name and uniform number ("23") visible, below which it is lettered "2003-04/Rookie of the Year/Limited Edition 1 of 23." James has inscribed the jersey in silver paint pen (grading 10/10) on the numeral "2": "23 LeBron James ROY '04." Hand-numbered "1/123" in silver paint pen below James' signature. This is the first of the 123 limited-edition signed jerseys from this historic Upper Deck offering, making it one of the most desirable of all LeBron James display pieces. The Upper Deck hologram label is affixed to the numeral "2" and the jersey is accompanied by its original Upper Deck box, but there is no accompanying Upper Deck COA. In apparent Mint condition.
