2004 Darvin Ham Detroit Pistons World Championship Ring

2004 Darvin Ham Detroit Pistons World Championship Ring

Talk about major bling! This was the actual championship ring presented to dunk specialist Darvin Ham following Detroit's 2004 title run, and you will be hard-pressed to find one heavier or shinier. Bedecked with all real diamonds, the 14 Karat white gold ring is a size 14, weighs a sturdy 94.4 grams, a 1/2 carat brilliant cut diamond inset onto a gold NBA Finals trophy graphic. Background field consists of (102) diamonds ranging in size from .003 to .04 carat weight along with "Pistons" team name across the front. "2004 World Champions" lettering is found at the top and bottom margins with (14) additional princess cut diamonds on either side margin and features Ham's name engraved inside. Also engraved inside the ring is, "Intergold 14K". Ham burst onto the scene in 1996 when he shattered the backboard dunking during the NCAA Tournament as his Texas Tech team rallied past North Carolina and rode the wave of momentum into the Sweet 16. Ham's slam made such an impression, it even made the cover of Sports Illustrated along with the headline "SMASHING!" The ring is NRMT and comes in its original Pistons custom display box. NBA rings are pretty hard to come by, and this one is top of the line. Dare we say it, it's a SLAM DUNK!
