Also included is a letter on Rawlings letterhead dated September 6, 2006 from Ted Sizemore, SVP of Worldwide Baseball Affairs to Rick Cerone, Public Relations Director for the Yankees, with detailed instructions regarding the voting process and submission. Each NRMT-MINT ballot measures 8-1/2" x 11" with signatures that average a grade of 9.
