2008 David Ortiz All Star Game Worn Workout/Pre-Game Jersey
This American League All Star workout jersey was worn by Red Sox slugger David "Big Papi" Ortiz before the 2008 All Star Game. The navy jersey features a one-button front with "American" in silver and white lettering. Ortiz' name and number 34 appear on the back in white letters, with the number outlined in silver. The left sleeve sports a 2008 All Star Game patch; a Boston Red Sox patch appears on the right sleeve. A Majestic tag reading "MLB All Star Game 2008" is screened on the left front tail, with Cool Base and size 54 flag tags sewn in the left seam. A fabric content/0068 wash tag appears in the left interior seam.
