2009 Mariano Rivera New York Yankees Opening Day Game Worn Jersey
The greatest closer in baseball history wore this marvelous road jersey in Baltimore on Opening Day of 2009. There is Majestic size 46 tagging on the front tail, a 2009 year tag also on the front tail and Yankee Stadium Inaugural Season patch on the left sleeve. All original, this jersey has the MLB Authentic and Steiner Game Used holograms affixed to the Majestic tag. Also, comes with Steiner LOA. Rivera is taking aim on Trevor Hoffman's all-time saves record, and taking into account his postseason dominance from the bullpen, he is regarded as the gold standard of relief pitchers.
