2017 MVP Jose Altuve Game Worn "Home Run" Jersey - World Champion Year (MLB Auth. & Photo-Matched to 6 Games)
For Jose Altuve, 2017 was truly a banner year. The plucky Venezuelan, who was initially denied a try-out by his team because he was deemed too small, led the Houston Astros to their first World Series victory, to go along with a host of individual accolades. The year marked his fourth consecutive season collecting at least 200 hits, he led the AL in batting with a .347 average, and was named the AL's MVP. Adding to his unprecedented success, he was also named World Series MVP. Altuve wore this orange home jersey on May 7th, May 19th, May 31st, June 25th, June 30th and July 14 of his magical year. In that span, Altuve went 9-for-23 with a home run and six RBI. It is unwashed with a large dirt stain on front, representative of Altuve's grit and determination. There is a Majestic size 40 tag and MLB holo on the bottom right tail. It has been MLB Authenticated and photo-matched. This is a great offering from a player seemingly destined to go down as one of the all-time greats.
