AB Chandler Signed Letter as Governor of Kentucky (1939)

This is a letter writen to a Mr. W.A. Davenport, on the official Commonwealth of Kentucky Executive Chamber of Albert Benjamin Chandler letterhead. The letter is dated January 11, 1939 and is signed in black felt tip marker by Governor A.B. Chandler himself. The letter has the original fold lines but is in otherwise excellent condition and the signature is clearly legible.
