ABA & NBA Referees Shirts
Refs traditionally have problems with their sight but looking good was not something they had to worry about in these spectacular vintage shirts. The first hails from the lost days of the ABA. The patriotic polyester striper is red and white with blue knit trim with an “ABA” league patch on chest. On the reverse is a tackle-twill “12” in white on a blue plate. Back tail tagging is “Rawlings [size] L”. Strong use. Its cotton knit counterpart is striped in grey and black with an “NBA” league patch over the heart. On the verso is a number “7” in white affixed to a black plate. No tagging. Good Use.
