The ABA existed from 1967 to 1976 for nine seasons. The ABA was the "outlaw" league with the psychedelic red, white and blue basketball and "lively" play that adopted the three-point shot. It featured dazzling above-the-rim players and electrifying style of play that is still seen today in The NBA. is proud to present a very limited offering of basketballs signed by 25 of the baddest, coolest and most electrifying ballers in basketball history. From February 17 - 20, 2005, The ABA held its Ol’ School Reunion in Denver, Colorado.Twenty five ABA players signed 300 basketballs as witnessed by members of staff. These twenty-five(25) Offical rw&b ABA Basketballs were part of the 300 signed balls and are signed by 25 ABA Basketball Legends including:Julius “Dr. J.” Erving, George “Iceman” Gervin, Moses Malone, Kareem-Abdul Jabbar, Artis Gilmore, Marvin “Bad News” Barnes, Mack Calvin, Sam Lacey, Joe Hamilton, Ollie Taylor, Fatty Taylor, James Silas, Ronald Behagen,“Goo” Kennedy, Willie Davis, Leonard Gray, Mike Green, Jim “Jumbo” Eakins, Cincy Powell, Ralph Simpson, Willie Rogers, Al Smith, Rick Darnell, Mike Davis, and Collis Jones. The balls are numbered # 145-169. LOA's will be supplied for each ball.
