Al Lopez Baseball Hall of Fame Plaque

Al Lopez Baseball Hall of Fame Plaque

Affectionately known as "El Senor," Hall of Fame catcher Al Lopez set a major league record for games caught, and managed the two teams that interrupted the New York Yankees' insane run of 13 pennants in 15 years, skippering the 1954 Indians and 1959 White Sox to add some variety to the mix. This wooden plaque was used decades ago when the Hall of Fame had a traveling exhibit, and features Lopez's Hall of Fame plaque picture with biography below. Measuring 11" x 20.5", it is in EX condition with holes drilled at all four corners for mounting.
