Al Oliver 1970 Pittsburgh Pirates Game Worn Jersey
In 1970, they weren't quite family yet. That would transpire the following season but they offered their fans a taste in 1970, making it to the postseason before succumbing to the Reds. It was Oliver's third season in the bigs and he was starting to find himself as a hitter. This sweet looking knit has "Pirates 16" across the chest and his number "16" on the back. The only other distinguishing markings are the interior tail tags. There is a "Rawlings 42" tag sewn in next to another tag of washing instructions. Jersey also has reversed color stripes on sleeves.
