Albert Pujols Major League Debut Signed Line-Up Card

Albert Pujols Major League Debut Signed Line-Up Card

This St. Louis Cardinals lineup card, dated April 2, 2001, hung in the Cardinals dugout the afternoon Albert Pujols made his major league debut at Coors Field in Colorado. Signed in blue Sharpie by Hall of Fame Cardinals manager Tony LaRussa on the top left corner, this lot also features Albert Pujols's signature in thin, black Sharpie next to his spot in the lineup (sixth). Potentially a future Hall of Famer himself, Pujols connected for his first major league hit, a seventh-inning single, in the game.
