Huge blue and green stitch marks on the sweet spot speak to the damage he did in the minors. There’s plenty of cleat nicks and bat rack marks up and down the bat. Thick and dark pine tar caked onto handle. Criss-crossed tape on handle is blackened with use. As if that wasn’t enough, Soriano has signed in perfect black sharpie on the barrel. Handwritten in marker on knob, “Sori #12”. What’s better than that? Simply nothing.
