Ali-Patterson II Site Poster
Classic boxing site poster recalls the second bout between Muhammad Ali and Floyd Patterson at Madison Square Garden on September 20, 1972, and the bitter acrimony between the two champs. After Patterson refused to call Ali by his adopted name, Ali called him "The Rabbit" before hammering Floyd's left eye shut and ending his pro career. The yellow poster is 27 x 22" and features both posing in boxing stances. The undercard featured the Lightweight Champion of the World, Roberto Duran against Carlos Ortiz. Poster reads, "4 Great Fistic Champions In the Years Biggest Doubleheader." NRMT.
