Ali-Williams Full Unused Ticket (1966)
On November 14, 1966, at the Astrodome in Houston, Texas, Heavyweight Champion Muhammad Ali defended his title against long time contender Cleveland "Big Cat" Williams. In a fight in which Ali dominated throughout, Williams was completely outclassed. Many ring experts felt this may have been Ali's finest hour as a fighter as Williams was stopped in the third round. Offered here is a scarce original, full, unused ticket for this event. This ticket names the fighters and includes a section, row and seat number. Bold color and print, stub firmly attached, not torn but has a mild crease on left edge. Clean front and back, very scarce as a full ticket, measures 2.5x 6".
