The finest "Non-Dodger" Willard Mullin original we have offered or seen, Sal “The Barber” Maglie has moved from the Brooklyn Dodgers to the nemesis New York Yankees (1957) in this brilliant work. He has opened his own "Tonsorial Parlor" or barber shop, a reference to his nickname, now "Under New Management" a reference to his new team. Incredibly creative, the glazed window he is sign painting is "in reverse" so as to show correctly from the outside. Overall nicely framed to 18x21.5", condition shows as NRMT.
