Amos Rusie Autograph

Amos Rusie Autograph

He was the fastest pitcher of the 1890’s, and the sole reason why they moved the pitching distance back five feet and six inches to its present location. Perfect black ink on a blank business size card reads, “With Best Wishes, Amos W. Rusie, Auburn, Wash., R.F.D. 1.” Card appears NRMT as well, though back has remnants of black paper from having been removed from a scrapbook. From the same scrapbook as the Anson and Tinker signatures in this auction.
