Assorted Team Signed and Celebrities Signed Baseballs (68)
Collection of 68 assorted vintage baseballs with intermingled vintage signatures of athletes and celebrities, all obtained from a Washington Senators equipment man. Includes some single signed and multi signed. Multi signed baseballs include Jerry Lewis, Pat Boone and some of the better single signed include Joe E. Brown (the large-mouthed comic actor who starred in the baseball flick "Elmer the Great") and Richard Nixon. Team signed balls are all from American League teams in the late 60s through 1971 with all teams represented at least once. Signers to multi-signed baseballs include Joe DiMaggio, Al Kaline, Rollie Fingers, Reggie Jackson, Earl Weaver, Frank Robinson, Bob Lemon, Vida Blue, Whitey Herzog, Rod Carew, Bob Feller, Smokey Burgess, Catfish Hunter, Gil Hodges, Frank Howard, Dean Chance, Harmon Killebrew, Mickey Lolich, Lou Pinella, Tommy John and so many other stars signed one or more of these baseballs. Quality varies and some of the signatures do show some fading over time. Average signatures are a "7" out of a possible 10, the balls average EX-MT.
