The piece is in its original 1903 frame. The top piece has been signed on the mattes, and is overall EX. The treaty signing took place on 1/24/03. The piece measures 18.5x27.5", and has been signed by: Elibu Root (Secretary of War, US), Henry Cabot Lodge (Senator of MA), George Turner, Baron Alverstone, Sir Louis Amable Jette (Ltnt. Gov Prov of Queb), and Allen Bristol Aylesworth.
