Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig Pair of Single Yankee Stadium Seats
None like this lot has ever before been offered. There are two Yankee Stadium seats in this lot both of which are 100% original and unrestored. Their original numbers on the back slats represent two of the most important Yankee players in history and a pair that will forever be inexorably linked. The first sports Babe Ruth’s #3 in black paint on the curbed top slat. This single seat is a decorative side mount that is a sight to behold. Some paint loss but is in its original condition. The second sports Lou Gehrig's original #4on the top curved slat as well. This floor mount is a beauty in excellent condition and again is 100% original. This pair of seats and both Bustin' and Larrupin' at the same time.
