Babe Ruth and Miller Huggins (1925)
"Babe and Huggins Make Up" is the headline on the newspaper clipping affixed to the verso of this great Bambino and Huggins image measuring 6" x 8". Photo is VG/EX with some creases and wrinkles. After suspending and fining Ruth in 1925, the diminutive Huggins is widely viewed as having taken a "bunch of carousers" and instilled “Yankee Pride” into them, thus leading to a run of championships the world had never seen to that point.
