Babe Ruth "Juiced" Baseball Photograph (PSA Type I)
What was at the "core" of Babe Ruth's prolific home run numbers? Well, according to one "hater," it was a juiced baseball. This photograph from the prestigious Brown Brothers archives reveals a cross-section of a baseball circa 1920, as well as a dissertation written in pencil on the reverse, essentially accusing Major League Baseball of altering the makeup of its game balls. Measures roughly 7x9" with some light creasing and the upper right corner clipped. PSA Type I encapsulated.
