Great early 1920s Type I photo featuring Walter Johnson, Babe Ruth, and actor Douglas Fairbanks. Image on matte stock shows the retired Johnson posed with the Bambino and Fairbanks in catcher's gear at United Artists Studio. Shot measures 7.25x9.25" and is trimmed at top and right border, small tear at bottom corner and minor stains. Reverse has affixed typed caption, though the end has been torn off; it reads, "JUST THREE BOYS STRUGGLING TO GET ALONG - Walter Johnson... world series, Douglas Fairbanks, and 'Babe' Ruth.
