Bobo Olsen Boxing Photographs (19)
Bay Area middleweight boxing champion, Bobo Olsen, is the subject of the (19) wire photos in this collection. Fine fight-action shots and TV promo photos fill out the images from the 1950's. Later wire reports, until the 1970's, show weigh ins, Olsen as a mentor to young fighters, mastering handball and more. Photos are primarily promo and San Francisco Examiner staff photos as Bobo was a SF native. Many have editor enhancements, but the range of condition is VG to MT. Sized from 6x9" to 8x13".
