Brett Favre Game Worn Jersey November 2, 2003
Offered is Brett Favre's white "road" jersey, worn November 2, 2003 during the Packers visit to Minneapolis. Defying advisement and better judgment Favre took the field that day with a broken thumb on his throwing hand and proceeded to throw for 261 yards and three touchdowns, single-handedly willing his team to victory. Sewn to the front, back, and sleeves is his green tackle twill number "4", while across the shoulders is "Favre" in matching fabric affixed to a white name plate. Inside the collar is a screened plate tag with "03-52" (year/size) and the tail tagging was removed during alterations customarily found on Favre's jerseys. Those changes include a shortening at the hem and the addition of eight snap closures at the waist. On the reverse side number he has signed in silver pen, "Brett Favre 4, 2003 Game Used, 11-02-03, Pack 30 Vikes 27", signature and writing is 7.5/10. Overall the jersey displays light, single game use and comes complete with a photo of Favre holding this very jersey and a letter of authenticity from Brett Favre on his personal stationary. Favre authentic holograms are affixed to the photo and letter.
