Bronko Nagurski Football Hall of Fame Sample Ring
The symbol of power football during the 1930's, Bronko Nagurski was a man too talented for just one position, too powerful for any opponent to stop, and too extraordinary ever to be forgotten. His performances while with the Chicago Bears took on legendary proportions, many eyewitness observers insisted that for sheer brutal line-smashing, no one came close to Nagurski. Presented is a sensational sample ring made to the exact specifications of the one he received upon his induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. A genuine conversation piece, it owns a blue stone at center etched with the HOF logo and surrounded by raised lettering that reads, " Pro Football's Hall Of Fame". Engraved on the left shank is, "Fullback" and "Hall Of Fame" along with a raised image of the HOF building in Canton. The right shank is filled with, "Bronko Nagurski", "Elected 1963", and intricate "player" designs. The size is enormous and one of the largest, if not the largest, ever made for a professional athlete (approx. size 18). The inner band is stamped .NRMT.
