Brooklyn Dodgers 1946 World Series Phantom Press Pin
The 1946 Brooklyn Dodgers were so close, yet so far, missing the World Series by a scant two games. This press pin would have allowed access to games at Ebbets Field, had there been any. In NRMT condition, it was manufactured by Dieges and Clust and retains the original card, which is in GD condition. Brooklyn finished just two games behind the St. Louis Cardinals, who captured the NL Pennant and eventually the Series.
