Cab Calloway Band Directors Baton and Signed Photos

Own a cherished piece of Americana and jazz history with this white bandleader baton, belonging to Cab Calloway. It rests in a velvet-lined wooden case. The baton has a break at the tip and has a cork grip with Calloway's name inscribed in vintage ink. Cabell "Cab" Calloway was an African-American jazz singer and bandleader who regularly performed at the Cotton Club, playing with the likes of Duke Ellington and Bing Crosby. Also included with this piece are a pair of signed photos - one modern and one vintage.
